The office visit was amazing and really felt like there was going to be success with my sleep issues. Ever since, it has been one problem after another after another. Issues with communication between the staff and the doctor and the insurance company and the pharmacist! It has been a week and I have extreme insomnia and still nothing to help me sleep. last visit horrible 9yrs ago (see old review). Tried another (new) doctor, Emily Tylski, D.O. 1122/23. Problem checking in for 11/22/23 appmnt as the office didn't mail the forms to complete for admittance until 11/22/23 causing me an additional 45 minutes delay before appmnt time in office doing paperwork to be seen. Really missed opportunity to do this in comfort of my home as opposed to sitting extra time in clinic with sick folks while wearing face mask, then being seen late. I have only had one negative experience. One doctor literally treated me like I shouldn’t be there however, the rest of the staff, the other doctors, nurse, practitioners, and so forth have more than made up for that so I am giving five stars because I don’t feel it’s fair to lower for one doctor. This team really takes their time and they have many times helped me on the phone when I couldn’t get out. They never fail to help me when I need it.
