I needed an evaluation for Adult ADD, I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Khalid Brown was amazing!! He was very patient and took the time to really listen. Honestly the first time I really felt heard and wasn’t told it was all in my head. The assessment was over a 5 week period and was VERY detailed. He put together a 29 page document explaining in, layman’s terms, exactly what I was dealing with, results, and recommendations not only for meds, but books to read, and relaxation techniques. My psychological assessment went phenomenal. Dr. Khalid Brown is laid back, patient, attentive, and professional. He was detail oriented and had great insight even with just a little information. His reasonings were sound and when I had questions, even days later, he answered them thoroughly and patiently. I got my results in an acceptable amount of time as well. Dr. Brown was attentive and very personable to have a conversation with. With his detail-oriented approach, he was able to address all my concerns for testing and advise of next steps after the first session. I would highly recommend him to anybody seeking counseling or therapy.
