thanks evergy for not letting me set up a payment plan then disconnecting my service then refusing to work with me to get service restored. Absolute worst customer service company ever!
Might as well add to their abysmal rating. They seem to delight in barely earning even 1 star. As any energy company that refuses to finish their own work deserves. No meter on the house... Just the hole they left. Called and was told that they "don't work on equipment after business hours". That should be their motto. I was also told that our address doesn't have an account even though they demand money every month. It's a wonder they get anything at all accomplished. Below poor customer service. Have screwed up my account constantly! Very off putting to deal with! They have no competition, so they don't have to care about their quality or the quality of the people in customer service. Notice they have no ratings above a 3! And not many of them. They don't read care or respond to any of the reviews anyway. Just telling y'all what you already know.🤣
