Horrible
A tree branch fell in our backyard, knocking down a major electrical wire. Despite multiple calls to Evergy, they are not interested in fixing it anytime soon. We have young children and a dog, and a wire hanging this low is unsafe. Evergy says they *might* come out to fix this in 60-90 days. The lack of urgency on their part is unacceptable.
Terrible website. All features broken anytime I try to use it.
