The Walmart at 11010 W 74th Terrace, Shawnee, KS 66203 has completely blocked access to the chargers. I am not able to use them or access them.
Unfortunately, Evergy has a monopoly in the area. I would have left them a long time ago.
This utility, by far, has the easiest automated payment system. I LOVE to pay my bill over the phone. The automated payment system is quick, easy, efficient, and simple. I wish I could pay all of my bills this way. It takes 2.5 minutes from start to finish and then they send me a confirmation text. I only have one other bill that I can pay this easily. I don't understand why all the others are so difficult to use. Some don't even have automated systems. (Not everyone chooses to pay online.)
As a monopoly they clearly do not care about you. What are you gonna do? Go without power? lol
Folks I talked to on the phone were not helpful and rude even. End regulated utility monopolies. Write your congressmen.
