What sense does it make that no one is there on the weekends to take calls? I work during the “normal business hours” and can’t call from my job to do my business so now I’m screwed and have to try to figure something out since I need to speak with someone about my online account and change my start service date on my new home.
Refused to fix the wire that leads to my house. Told me it wasn't their problem. Absolute garbage people and a garbage company.
They turned off our power so I called to see why, bill was late and was told if paid that day the guy who turned it off would get a notification to come restore power that day. It got paid and no one ever came. We called and called no one answered. Mind you I have two children and now two entire fridges full that are now bad. Absolutely terrible to their customers.
This magnum boring company you guess is a joke they just sit in there trucks 4 hours a day I have 4 holes in my back yard I can't even let my grand kids out in my own back yard
