If zero was an option then that's how I would have rated them. They overcharge and tack on all kinds of different fee's. I miss KCP&L, they were so much better.
The power goes out almost every time it rains.
Ty, a lady we had talked to, was incompetent and refused to put in important information into the ticket we had to put in place due to a constant reoccurring outage in my neighborhood. She was rude and clearly didn’t understand anything relating to energy (I’m not sure she understood when we said we had buried lines…). Not sure this is the job for her considering her incompetence and her lack of basic commonsensical skills that should be essential and required for the job.
Horrible socialistic company who charges you extra for using what they consider off peak times. My attorney is looking into this. They’re just disgusting people with no empathy for senior citizens. I refuse to do laundry and vacuum at 2 am to avoid their costs. Karma always comes back around. I have friends who live in other states who don’t have to put up with this with their energy companies.
What an awful company. Almost every single streetlight on 169 and 152 are burned out. (Not that there are many) Call and complain, they never fix them.
