Only Evergy could have my power go out on a sunny day with no wind, and then not pick up the phone when I tried to report it. Garbage company, getting rid of KCPNL was a massive mistake
Okay my electric is off due to my ex being economicly abusive, did you know Brett Lange doesn't believe economic abuse exist? Stonewalling someone who just got out of an abusive relationship is retraumatizing them.

I usually don’t write reviews like this, but Evergy has pushed me over the edge with their blatant disregard for fairness and basic customer respect. Over the past few years, Evergy has consistently raised electricity rates on everyday people in Kansas City, blaming everything from inflation to infrastructure while their profits climb.
