Physician Assistant Koni refuses to submit the paperwork for the prior authorization to fill my prescription. She says it’s the insurance’s fault or the pharmacy’s fault but both those places say they are waiting on the doctor. This has been for many days now and I am missing doses of my medicine. She doesn’t seem to care at all and it honestly feels like she is doing this intentionally because her face has shown me she doesn’t like me. This is an ethical violation.
