Do not use this company! We had issues from the very beginning. First they scheduled our work for Friday 3/1 at 8:00am, however no one showed up that day. We attempted to contact them twice that morning with no response until later in the afternoon when we were told no one would be coming. They then rescheduled for the following week and again had a delay due to weather. I would strongly suggest finding another company. I had issues from start to finish. - They were late for the walk-through/quote - I had to call the office several times to schedule a start day because they kept forgetting to call me back - They painted over rotten wood that we agreed would be replaced. When I got home I’d have to pull off rotten boards that were painted over - They missed multiple places on my house and can still see the old paint. We have used Kansas City Paint and Trim for a few projects in our home. First to repaint and trim our first floor. Next we had them customize shelves around a fireplace and wrap a beam in wood. Most recently we had a patch of drywall in our kitchen replaced and ceiling repainted. The quality of work far exceeded expectations. They were prompt, professional and informative. I highly recommend Kansas City Paint and Trim!

Santiago and his team at KC Paint and Trim repaired some posts and a railing on our porch that had wood rot. They did a fantastic job. I really didn’t know what was needed for the repair but when he came out to do the quote he was honest and only did what needed to be done vs up-pricing by repairing things that didn’t need to be repaired like a few other companies did.
