I started my myofunctional journey in early 2025. I have really appreciated working with Kelley! She has been so uplifting and encouraging. Through the exercises that she taught me, I am able to keep my mouth in a resting position, rather than clenching my jaw, and biting my teeth together. She made me aware that when my tongue is in the resting position, it presses on a certain location in the roof of my mouth that signals to my body to relax, which relieves tension and anxiety. It definitely works!
Working with Kelly and her team was a great experience and helped myself and my children with their tongue posture and awareness there-after. We will need to revisit once our youngest child gets older and can do the exercises more consistently but will definitely choose this team again!
