They dont answer phone! And mailbox is always full. I cant leave a message or receive any customer service. Very disappointing.
It has been a pleasure working with Kansas City Landscape. They are always available to meet and take requests and have turned around the landscape conditions for a couple properties I manage. I hired him to design and landscape my backyard. I wanted a complete overhaul; adding a patio, water pond and trees. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs, large or small.
Kansas City Landscape came referred through some contractor friends of mine. Scheduled for the estimates and the owner came out to view the work that needed to be done, and was very prompt and courteous. They did the retaining wall blocks and patio. Had to level a steep slope and enclose an area for a decorative garden. They finished the job in week and 2 days. I was happy with the result and surpasses my expectations.
