I had an accident and the roof of my western star was smashed and windshield was busted. I called and spoke with Brandon. I dropped the truck off that day. Everywhere else said it would be month or longer to get it done. They had it in the shop in just a few days and done in just under a week. The work was top notch and the service was excellent. When you call and leave a message most of the time they will not call back. I was told by the service writer that you get head light buckets with a new hood, because I was asking if I could purchase the right side one. One hood was damaged so maybe that was why I got only one. If something changed I was never informed of it. After 2 months I can see how a person could forget details. This place is super slow. I can't recommend the body shop at Premier Truck Group based on my experience. I was in contact with the body shop from April through June 2026 regarding repairs to my driver's door, which was damaged by high winds in December 2025. I worked with Jesse, who even asked me to send an email letting him know when I would be bringing my truck into the service department so the body repairs could be coordinated. I did exactly that.
