I can't recommend the body shop at Premier Truck Group based on my experience. I was in contact with the body shop from April through June 2026 regarding repairs to my driver's door, which was damaged by high winds in December 2025. I worked with Jesse, who even asked me to send an email letting him know when I would be bringing my truck into the service department so the body repairs could be coordinated. I did exactly that. Monday Dec. 22 every other shop in the area was telling me I would be down till after Christmas shop foreman looked at my problem went an checked with his crew an parts said he had the parts an could do it that day or next morning that was bout 0800 was Rollin out fir my next load THE ONLY SHOP THAT TOOK THE TIME TO EVEN LOOK AT IT B4 THE 26 AN FIND THE PROBLEM HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Premier Truck Group collision center in Kansas City Missouri did an awesome job on my truck and after it was over, I paid them and was going to review my bill and before I could review it, they called me and said we made a mistake of $800, now they’re going to reimburse me for that, so all you nay sayers out there that say dealers overcharge, I disagree very honest people.!!!!! You want a real personable person? Talk to Brandon he’ll take care of you.
