The procedure seemed long and drawn out, but the end result was great. I DID NOT think it was right or fair to demand payment, in full, up front ($12,000+) Should have been half up front with the balance due at completion. This policy will keep me from returning.

Very kind staff from the front desk, dental assistants to Dr. S. They worked hard with me to get the financials covered and accepted for a loan, which is awesome because my credit is not that great!!! They also have it set up so you can text any time with questions which is very convenient especially if you get as anxious as I do! The surgery went well the medication they gave relaxed me I do remember parts of it but I was mostly in a dream state while the procedure was going on. I won't say there wasn't pain involved, but Dr. Kiefer Schmidt and his entire staff were the best. They were kind and explained everything every step and made sure I was happy. Dr. Schmidt got me in quickly and made sure I could make my trip to Colorado for my mom's memorial. It meant the world to me. You can't get this level of care any where else. He gave me my dignity and smile back I can't thank them enough!
