I don’t even go to this practice, I actually called them on mistake trying to call one of the other implant places in the area because my healing cap had fallen out over the weekend. The lady on the phone realized before I did that I had the wrong number but instead of telling me I had made a mistake and hanging up- she actually provided the number of my oral surgeon and his practice so that I could call the right number to get help That’s some radical kindness !
