We hired Kansas City Catering for our wedding and they did a great job. We chose the chicken piccata, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Everything was delicious! The servers the day of were great and accommodating. Isaac was very helpful with our many questions and a few change requests.
We used Kansas City Catering for our May 2026 wedding. Isaac was timely, professional, and incredibly helpful while we planned. Our guests raved about the food and even the cocktail hour bites. My husband and I wish Kansas City Catering had a restaurant so we could eat our wedding meal again lol! We would absolutely recommend anyone planning an event choose Kansas City Catering. 10/10!
We had Kansas City Catering cater our wedding and it was amazing! The food was delicious and all our guests have made a point to tell us after how good it was! They were so easy to work with and quickly let us do a tasting when we reached out. They were very responsive and helpful as we had changes come up up until the week before!

I was going through a very stressful time and let my emotions get the better of me, which resulted in me being unfair and difficult to work with. The truth is, this catering team is phenomenal. I had a very disappointing experience with Isaac. After receiving a $6,000 quote, I attempted to have a transparent conversation about the costs and where our money was going. Instead of working with us, he chose to opt out of the wedding entirely. The pricing logic was particularly frustrating. For example, he was originally providing plastic silverware.
