If I could give negative stars Pat Grace would be a -5! Made an appointment with me and didn't show up or call. Ignored my calls and texts. I'm disabled and on oxygen, it took a lot for me to wait around for someone to not show. I don't care if you want to be inconsiderate but have enough backbone to at least call me and say you changed your mind.
Fast closing. Move right along with no hiccups. Great company to work with
