BEWARE -- do not do business here and warn all of your friends! We took a projector to KCAV to see if it could be repaired. They charged $75 to evaluate and determine it could not be repaired but said they would apply the $75 toward the purchase of a new projector. Based on the projector we brought in, Randy Adler (KCAV President) specified and sold us a new projector. KC's Worst – My experience with KCAV was not a pleasant one. Systems Manager Randy Adler should change his name to Harvey Two Face. Arrogant, rude, and condescending, he displays all the social graces of a pit bull. Where does he get off treating people like garbage?
