So we found KC athlete training this summer. We had our 14-year-old son Knoxx work out on the days he wasn’t doing track as he is a running back and linebacker to get ready for high school football. The coaches and the facilities are amazing! The coaches know what they’re talking about and if you and your kid listen to them, they’ll get your kid where they need to be! My son Orion is absolutely loving his football training classes at KCAT! He is learning skills and techniques that his school coaches did not have the time or expertise to teach him. Excellent facility and equipment and the coaches are top-notch! You can tell they really care about the kids and want them to do well. Go Wolverines!!!
