Have tried over and over to give me a bid on a Va project for a disabled veteran. Gave me a verbal bid of $15000 and he tried to get me to commit to a next day project where I paid cash for the project and then have the Va reimburse me. Informed him that the govt doesn’t work like that and asked him for a written bid to submit. I have asked several times but guess a written bid isn’t acceptable. Looking for cash projects. They never finished the job for us! Used them twice and only got broken promises to fix things that weren’t right on the first job! Took the money and ran after second job. First drive they did started failing right away and has crumbled everywhere poor quality job

UPDATE AT THE END... Terrible job!!!! It looks like amateurs did it! I have a hill in the middle of my driveway that was never there, which leads to a low spot that holds water. They attempted a "patch" to level it in the low spot. A patch on a new driveway!! (WHICH, no surprise, still holds a small lake of water). Not to mention the edges!
