Not leaving a negative review, but people should know that this is not a local company. This is a national answering service who routes service calls to individual contractors. The technician they sent was fine, however just not what I expected.
We got an appointment immediately, and Ivan was wonderful. We were lucky the part was in stock, in town, so he fixed our refrigerator within two hours. Will use again whenever we need repairs!
Technician came on time to diagnose our washer. He ordered part and came back after two days to finish the repair. It was a smooth transaction. They are fair to deal with.
I needed service right away for our fridge that was not defrosting. They came same day and efficiently finished the job. I do not have complaints. The job was done nicely and my need was attended to faster than I expected.
The parts I ordered for different appliances came within 3 days. Fast and priced right!
