Worst renting experience I’ve ever had. Units are out of date, dirty, and you won’t ever hear back from management unless they’re asking for money. Do not rent from this company!

I was just approved an apt. and will be moving in on the 27th of Oct., I want to thank Amanda Jarvis, for all the time and patience in helping me acquire my apt., I noticed that the rating isn't as high as it should be, but I personally feel that if an applicant meets the basic requirments, when applying for a house or apt.,then ARKC are the folks to see, Amanda was very helpful in explaining and guiding me thru this process, and she was available at all hours and days! I have yet to experience this lack of hospitality and ignoring problems that many people on here claim to have experienced with this agency. I have called maintenance 3 times since moving here a few months ago and each time they showed up within the hour. My emails are always responded to within 24 hours, and there is always plenty of parking.
