I really wanted to like this emergency clinic but unfortunately my experience was less than great. We arrived at 8:30 PM on Friday night with an 11 month old kitten who was howling in pain, hiding, tense, and not walking comfortably. I feared a broken bone. I’m leaving this review because I’m extremely disappointed with the care my cat received from the vet, Cara. I brought my cat in last night due to asthma and difficulty breathing. I was told she would be checked and have imaging done, so they sedated her and placed her on oxygen to help with her breathing. I agreed to this because I wanted X-rays to determine the issue and to get her proper treatment. Came in here a week ago with a kitty emergency. I unfortunately had to put down my pet of 16 years. I was in such distress, I cannot recall everyone’s names, but the women in this clinic were amazing. I could sense it was a busy night for them, yet I still felt prioritized and listened to, and not rushed whatsoever. I was a vulnerable mess and never felt judged. I commend the staff for their kindness and compassion. They made the worst night of my life, just a tad bit easier. I’ll never forget it.
