Very kind & good customer service, docs & nurses.
Making an appointment was easy. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor, were kind and knowledgeable. They really took the time to listen to my concerns, and help find a care plan that made sense!
Doctor James Sterner was condescending and dismissive from the start of my appointment. I was referred to this office by my Gastroenterologist to talk about a recent positive Alpha-gal blood allergen test result. After years of many different tests that came back with no notable results instigated by issues and symptoms that I now know line up with Alpha-gal Syndrome, I was finally tested for Alpha-gal itself and my test results came back positive.
