I would give zero stars if it would let me. Specifically for Doctor Sterner (I had to look at pictures of providers to even know his name). My 3 year old was referred here, we waited over an hour and when the doctor walked in he wouldn’t even look at us, didn’t apologize, nothing. He says “what’s the issue” then didn’t even listen to my concerns. This was the worst experience i have ever had with a doctor and highly suggest going somewhere else.
I came in for a couple appointments after referrals from other doctors. I spent 2 years chasing down a source for my symptoms and it was only after I demanded blood tests at my second that I finally got a Dx to start finding relief. The nursing staff is pleasant but the doctors left me feeling unheard and invalidated. All they wanted to do was call it idiopathic and slap a bandaid on my symptoms. I would not recommend this office to anyone trying to find answers to relieve their allergy symptoms.
Truly could not care less about their patients.
Dr Sterner, Jessica and all of the nurses and front office are amazing at the Lees Summit office. Highly recommend.
