If you do not have insurance, this is not a safe place for you. They are predatory and view you as something subhuman that they can extract money from. I had a terrible experience for a dental office in general, but especially from one that advertises to patients with dental anxiety/past dental trauma. Filter through the reviews for “Heck Family Dentistry” as well - they are the same place. This is just the website name that they use to target people.

Decent service, but they play an extremely rutheless game when it comes to charging customers. They try to squeeze every bit they can out of you. Normal insurance problems aside, they will wait half a year to try and charge you double what you expected if your insurance wasnt as good as they thought. They charged me three totaly different seperate figures over the course of 6 months. Newer buyers should avoid at all costs. Savvy buyers be deligent. I was hesitating to make this investment regarding an implant and crown. I went ahead and “bit” the bullet and man….. Dr. Iqbal & McKenzie were absolutely flawless. I could not be happier and am so relieved that I did it! They are brilliant as a team, as well as super talented.

Not honest about how much my insurance covered, and cover it up by saying “oh we do our best to get accurate estimates..,”. BS excuse.
