Missed several big things. Said roof on covered porch was in excellent shape, a year later it's crumbling into pieces and I'm paying to replace it. Showed up very early to do inspection so I wasn't able to attend most of it like I wanted to. Said a breaker was flipped but he turned it on and everything checked out. Turned out it was a 220 breaker for the oven that the homeowner had flipped to hide the fact the wall oven fault code alarm went off.
