I am experiencing significant frustration due to a systemic failure within Kansas's background check processing system. Since October 2023, there has been an apparent breach or malfunction that has resulted in a halt of all background check operations. If I ask for the fingerprint cards that I PAID for, I don't need your secretary telling me, "If you want it just laying around your house...." Excuse you but if I am asking for MY information what I do with it is not your business or concern. Furthermore it is not your job to try and talk me out of your services THAT I PAID FOR. Do better. Lose the air pods and the attitude, thick neck.
