Why are you working with the NRA to let guns on Kansas college campuses? You are making a hostile and lethal environment, in which heated debate and inquiry will be impossible. Data are clear, more guns mean more suicides and more toxic male aggression.

Mostly old white guys who don't actually care about education, it's simply a political seat so they can feel powerful. Refuse to actually take action on things that matter and intently ignoring major problems.
After Brownback replaced the whole Board of Regents, there is absolutely nothing good that can be said about this institution. DO NOT COME TO KANSAS UNIVERSITIES. There will be campus carry without permits literally everywhere. They cover up sexual assault. They threaten to arrest students who ask questions. They work with the gun lobby on developing gun policies and don't seem to understand conflicts of interest. Your life and soul isn't worth your education. Go out of state. Anywhere else but in the state of Kansas.
A group of people far removed from the institutions they are supposed to serve. They meet with the NRA to create gun policies! That doesn't sound like its in the best interest of higher ed, but the best interest of the NRA!
What do I think about the BOR? Really dumb to publically display its collective lack of forethought, understanding, and reasoning in publishing a poorly created social media policy, and online, no less! The BOR is showing how clueless it is sitting in the middle of an ever-changing and dynamic environment which it clearly does not get and does not know how to respond to, given such policy pronouncements.
I think they have just passed a very foolish social media policy that will make them the laughingstock of the nation once it is declared unconstituitional.
I think they, are, very, helpful in efforts to help me locate a copy of my diploma. AND ATTEMPT TO GET IT TO the Vatterott staff on short notice.
