They left my grandson with any reason. They punished my grandson for their mistakes, I highly recommend not using this company
If I could leave a zero star I would. It’s not because of the tech and treatment our son received. This is for the upper management and lack of taking responsibility. They dropped our son after the case manager failed to insure the tech had hours for him. He went from 12.5 during school year to 5 during the summer. They said they couldn’t find another tech to work with him and fulfill his 20hrs insurance was paying them for. They ended his services in 5 days with no written notice or care.
