12 years ago we had 100 year rainfalls 2 years in a row. Our basement gave you many headaches, but you finally got us dried out. We are having torrential downpours now and our basement is staying dry. Thank you!
I have used KB since 2014. They have put water guard into both basements of the duplex with 30 year transferable warranties. They have just this month put a drain into a window well, again with a 30 year transferable warranty. Their customer service personnel are incredibly wonderful; Mike is outstanding for assessing the needs and getting them fulfilled. Repaired a basement wall and installed a sump pump prior to me buying my home. Stayed dry and no issues this fall, winter and spring. Had them come back and put in a battery back up on the sump and do poly level on my garage floor. The poly level crew was awesone and went beyond what I expected. Great work guys
