Lived here for 2 years. Just moved out end of July. Area’s great, rents not terrible. Maintenance is horrible, took multiple weeks to take care of simple fixes, even when it’s one measly building. Don’t even think that you’re getting your security deposit back. Moved out 85 days ago and have not received the refund and they have now gone ghost. Colorado law states 60 days maximum to receive a refund check. Shouldn’t have to contact a lawyer for something they put in their own damn lease.
This place has been great. Have had a few maintenance issues and they always respond quickly and get it taken care of. The gentleman usually sent is always friendly and an absolute professional.

Kansas has been a great place to call home the last 2 years! We’ve renewed for a 3rd and are very happy here. The building is tucked away in a cute neighborhood that is very walking/biking friendly! Everyone on staff is nice and always available to help with any questions. Highly recommend!
The staff made my move in so easy. Vanessa and Taylor are amazing to work with and are great at getting back to me and answering any of my questions. Josh is also super quick to help out with any and all of my maintenance issues.
