I recently witnessed Dr. Kansal in the operating room performing cataract and glaucoma procedures. The Omni was used in both cases. I accompanied my grandmother for her visit. All but one staff member was rude & unfriendly. We walked from room to room to room, waiting in each. All equipment was outdated and we walked through other patients' consultations to get to them. Definite HIPAA violations.
The Dr. knows his stuff. He even knows what insurance will pay for and what they won't.
Dr. Kansal takes insurance and treats people that other opthamologists won't. The number of patients that go through his office is amazing and should be an indication of the quality of his service. Yes, the wait is sometimes long, but it is worth it considering that Dr. Kansal puts care above profit margin.
