Art and Scott were fantastic. I called them in the early afternoon and they were out the next morning at 8:00 a.m. And immediately went to work on water in the wet wet basement. They came out everyday until all was complete and dry. I highly recommend this company and crew if you're looking for a local water restoration person.

Ended up not needing their service. But they were able to come out extremely fast. They were honest that they were not needed. I also received advice on how to fix the problem by myself. Overall, honest and fast company. I personally kept their card if I do have a need in the future and would suggest them.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Scott and his team. I discovered a leak in my laundry room on Friday afternoon. I called Scott and he was at my house within the hour, identifying the problem and getting to a solution. I was so impressed by how fast they moved and made saving my house a priority. On top of this, they ultimately charged us less than what they quoted. Hopefully we never this kind of help again, but if we do, we will definitely call Kans!

We had a washer overflow in our laundry room and into our basement underneath on a friday afternoon. They came out within the hour immediately found the issue with the washer and took action on drying out the laundry room and basement. They were very professional, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. They had great communication over the weekend while the rooms were drying out. When everything was done, they actually charged us less than the original quote. I highly recommend this company and will be recommend... read more
