I had a pipe burst and soaked part of my condo. I called Kans Water Resortoration and they were at my place in about 30 minutes. They came in and immediately got to work pulling out the ruined flooring and carpet padding. They brought in dehumidifiers and big fans to dry the carpet and the walls that got wet. The pulled out the vanity that was ruined and took it away. They came back over the next few days to check and see if things had dried out enough to start the restoration. Warning: very unprofessional, does not bring equipment, broke a cover to attic, leaves a mess, does not respond to text messages but reads them, never sends estimate and then claims to be too busy for a job that is not the correct one. Not sure if this guy is on something or just doesn’t care about business. Very surprised based off of reviews. Definitely misleading because I couldn’t even get a response or quote.
Great service and attention to detail. Basement flooded and they were right there and walked us through every step and detail. Very courteous on moving around our items to get the carpet up.
Kans Water restoration did an amazing job. They were always on time professional, thorough, and restored the house back to its original Kristine condition.
Great honest, professional and fast service. Unfortunately I’ve had 3 times in which part of my finished basement had some form of water damage and I have always used Kans Water Restoration because of their honest approach, speed, and professionalism. Recommend this company highly.
