I highly recommend this water mitigation company! Scott and his crew came out just half an hour after my initial call and set up the dehumidifiers. They then came every day for about five days until everything was dried out and all the water damage was taken care of. He also took care of all the documentation and sent it to my insurance company which made the whole process fairly seamless. In addition, I’m glad he’s IICRC licensed which is important.

Kan's was one of three mold remediation companies I had bid on a multiple rental unit I owned. They were on site the next business day to inspect the job and presented a quote in just a couple of days. They came in as the most cost effective service of the three businesses. Scott and team did an excellent job helping identify why there was water in the basement, fixing the source. They also did the work to remove all the carpet and place new flooring in the basement. Always showed up on time and gave us continual updates throughout the project. Highly recommended!
