This is a totally great place! The staff are kind and attentive, it's clean, and the food is really good with a great price point!
The food is amazing, which is why me and my gf continue to return. But the service is beyond poor, its basically become a joke. We've visited more than 5 times now and have had several different servers. Somehow all of them have been absolutely abysmal. On each of our visits we both order miso soup, and something in the system just doesnt function for this menu item. All you can eat sushi in Reading! We tried out Kanpai Sushi with high expectations and they did not dissapoint, the menu is vast with many different styles of sushi and Asian cuisine, the service is extremely prompt and the plates are truly endless. The quality of the sushi is excellent especially at an all you can eat place, and the price point is outrageously reasonable. We will definitely be returning.
