Awesome food! Chef Sean choice sampler was some of the best sushi and sashimi I’ve ever had, a lot better than most I’ve personally experienced throughout Japan. Everything was impeccable from apps to mains. I’d definitely recommend the spicy truffle edamame, spicy tuna crispy rice, and the goyza dumplings are an absolute must to start. It’s BYOB so don’t forget your favorite beverage to further complement the dishes (no hard stuff). Chef Sean and team are truly a hidden gem in Mount P!
