After sales support and service is almost non-existent. Even for calibration request you have to wait a long time so someone attends to the RMA request. If you order a rush calibration (for a fee) they happily accept the money but they state we don't guarantee it. This is one of the most unreliable and unorganized companies in this field. Huge sales marketing though...you'd be swamped with marketing emails once you sign up. Once purchased, you are on your own.

Top-tier airflow and particle instrumentation and crew over at Kanomax. They do quick and comprehensive in-house calibrations, and the customer service is great.

Charged $50 for storage fees without contacting anyone and then say i should have contacted them

Okay, this is one star because of the newly designed mini airflow capture hood. Apparently, the engineers do not talk to the techs in the field that actually use these instruments, because if they did they would have realized that the size they made the hood precludes most of the residential registers installed today. In most homes today the standard register size is 14X6, and although that is the opening size the register is usually a couple inches larger. They should have made the hood 18X18.
