Just went under contract this morning on our new house with Kano. He walked us thru the entire process in such a friendly, yet professional manner. He was able to go thru the mountains of paperwork in a very easy to understand way. Any and all fears we had at the beginning were quickly buried as soon as Kano stepped in as our Realtor. His vast knowledge, experience and easy going demeanor made this a fairly simple process. We cannot recommend Kano or Coldwell enough.
He's the best! Gets answers and always reachable. I had a pleasant experience buying my house from him.. even though I ran him through the ringer for months. I had to see everything lol
I met Kano at an open house and was wowed by his willingness to help. He gave me a ton of info on the market that I was able to use when I went back home to the east coast. When I finally found a property I contacted Kano and he was out at the house ASAP doing a video walkthrough for me. He helped me negotiate a great price and I was able to come out a week later to see it myself and attend the inspection. Kano is the best of the best. He truly cares about his clients and makes it a point to respond to text messages and calls. He's incredible thorough in helping you sell your house. I highly recommend him as your Seller's or Buyer's agent.
Working with Kano has been the best experience in Real Estate that I have yet encountered. His friendly and positive attitude, genuine disposition, and thoughtful follow up will keep me a customer for all of my future real estate needs. 5 stars times 10!
