Changing my review!!! Editing a 5 star to I wish -million star. Because of the lack of transparency and communication!! Look at other options! We ended up switching because we couldn’t afford the monthly jump that went up over 300%. The communication became awful. And we were hidden information. My son even went to the ER & we had to pay out of pocket! Yes we tried to turn it in. & they said they couldn’t cover it. These guys and gals sure know their business. If you're in need of insurance they can handle it. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be getting the healthcare that we need. They will do their due diligence to find you the lowest price possible so you can get the best health care possible. I showed up not knowing what to expect. I had only done company insurance. They showed me all the options and all the prices. They explained everything to me. If I had questions they knew the answers. At no time did they try a railroad me into the most expensive option. I will be using them again for my insurance needs.
