After voicing my concern of a frustrating start, my case was reviewed and picked up by a supervisor who was very knowledgeable and informative about the process. I was given speedy replies and a more direct line to get any questions answered. I am thankful for the efforts to improve my experience and look forward to having my case resolved.
I have a case with them and at first I was very pleased with the service that I got with the Lawyer and my case manager Grace, but once the case went into reductions, I was closed out my case is still active. I was supposed to get my closing documents two weeks ago I go weeks without any answers I call and I’m always told that they’re in a meeting or not there and then never get any response back. Tengo un caso con ellos y no le prestan atención alguno, son unos incompetentes la abogada que me asignaron no sirve para nada, me ha asignado varios abogados, no los recomiendo en lo absoluto
