These guys are fantastic. A while back, I brought a knuckle in from an old K10 to have the ball joints pressed out and in. We ran into a few issues with the ball joints being installed opposite (bottom on top, vise versa) and then having issues with the upper ball joint loosening during instalation of the knuckle, but they went above and beyond fixing any issues. Made appointment Monday for Friday they forgot to mark it down took day off to be there now they can't look at it till Tuesday will never try again or recommend thanks for nothing and lost wages
Had a snapped leaf spring on our travel trailer traveling through. Call them up they first told me they could walk me through fixing it but as soon as they realized I had no idea what I was doing they helped me get it to them and then did the work. They were able to replace all four leaf springs which were also about to go within 2 hours of me getting there and get us back on the road the same day.
