Nacho at Kankakee Imports took really great care of me. My brakes were in horrible shape and I was missing a stud on my front driver side wheel. He completed the work in a short time and provided courtesy drop off and pick up service as well. I highly recommend Kankakee Imports for your automotive service needs. The price was awesome also! Nacho was quick to fix my son’s X5D after it was brought in by a tow truck when it left him on the side of the road. He was able to diagnose the issue and have it up and running within a day. I came in because my car had issues with the transmission saying it was malfunctioning. Not only did they research the parts but told me what was wrong with it. Re booted it, didn’t charge me a penny, and treated me like family.! I’ve been in sales my whole life and have never been treated like this from a car place. I love their hospitality and the follow up asking me if I got home okay. Appreciate you guys and won’t be taking my Audi anywhere else !!!! 10 out of 5!!!!
Friendly people great customer service
Unfortunately, this company has little integrity. First off, I not only was totally discriminated against because of my gender with inflated prices. They never fixed the issues I paid them to do and they had my car for weeks. Money was taken, never got my car fixed. Went to the Ford dealership, they found all the stock parts I already paid to be fixed. PAID the Ford dealership and they fixed my car in 2 days.
