Not my personal experience but a loved one’s. He had an appointment scheduled to speak with a therapist, the day before the appointment (which he waited weeks for) she sends a text message informing him she has to reschedule. Okay, things happen. But then he was rescheduled and again had to wait weeks, only to show up for the appointment and she’s not there!
