DO NOT SEE DR. MOELLER! My wife took our 18 year old dog to be put down and Dr. Moeller made the experience as unpleasant as someone can do. She was rude, showed no empathy and treated our dog with no respect. I’m not one to leave reviews for places, good or bad but my wife’s experience with Dr. Moeller was so unpleasant I felt compelled to write this. Otherwise the facility and rest of staff are very nice and welcoming. Avoid Dr. Moeller at all costs.
My cat woke up with an ear hematoma on Saturday morning and my normal Vet was not open. I was so anxious and worried. I called KAH and they were fully booked for the day but Dr. Moeller was beyond kind and squeezed us into her schedule. Everyone at the clinic was so kind and helpful from reception to the Doctor herself. Merlin is definitely on the mend and on the road to recovery! Thank you so much for helping us and making a very scary experience not as bad.
