We had a great experience at Kanji! We went for the all-you-can-eat option, and I was really impressed with the variety. There were tons of sushi rolls to choose from, along with appetizers and even hibachi items, so you definitely aren't limited to just sushi. I did dock one star because some of the rolls had a very generous amount of rice compared with the filling.
