Very tired and rundown motel, lacklustre reception, room clean but falling apart. Waiting to be bulldozed. Even charged $40 extra for my Assistance Dog which is not a "pet". I have upgraded the 'service' as the owner/mngr, when I rang the next day has promptly agreed to refund the erroneous charge for my dog!
