Everything about injuries is difficult. Kaniksu Community Health is very helpful in mitigating these difficulties and helping to improve conditions in the aftermath of injuries.
They are absolutely horrible with their phone etiquette. They dont return calls nor answer their phones.
Dr. Nicole Russell is the best. She literally saved my life last year. She’s a doctor that listens and goes the extra mile. She actually wheeled me out to my car when I was in a wheelchair after I had an extensive knee replacement surgery..She calls me at home to follow-up when I have major issues instead of having a nurse call.
The pediatric front office staff do not know how to do their jobs effectively. I wasted an hour and a half driving to the clinic for vaccinations for my children, only to be informed that those could not be done due to my place of residence and insurance. I had THREE prior interactions with front office staff over the phone when scheduling the appointments, and my insurance, place of residence, and need for vaccinations was discussed all three times- every time, staff failed to inform me of their vaccination policy.
