i have lost 23 pounds so far, my body is stronger because of these boots i can do reverse/rear squats on the squat machine at 405lbs, 1 and half sets 10 reps, and i know its because of the boots strengthening my leg muscles, i'm 5'4 weight 213 so thats a lot of weight, I have so much fun in my boots that sometimes I lose track of time and I end up staying at the gym longer than what I originally planned!
