I started Kangatraining when my son was 3 months old and continued until he was 1 year old. Looking back, it was one of the best decision I did for myself. Thuy created a warm, welcoming environment where I could forget about the stress of motherhood while enjoying the dance moves, music with my son close to my chest. I've been going to KangaMums since my baby was 5 months old and I love it. The walks and mini workouts around Craigieburn Highlands are such a breath of fresh air, and meeting other mums has been amazing. There are also indoor classes which are great! Working out while holding my baby close is such a beautiful bonding experience. I’ve also learned so much from Thuy about using a baby carrier and how to adjust it properly. I highly recommend this program! I have really enjoyed doing Kanga training with my baby, I have loved being able to exercise and be able to baby wear and bond with my baby whilst doing so! Thuy who runs the program is absolutely lovely, and has created such a positive, welcoming and inclusive environment! It’s like an exercise class and mums group all mixed into one!

Had my first class (trial) with Thuy and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect combination of cardio and strength but the best part was that Thuy was very kind, friendly and helpful. She assisted with placing bubs in the baby carrier and gave me the confidence I needed. Bubs also loved it and slept during our whole class in the carrier. I’m now looking forward to commencing regular classes in 2023! Thanks Thuy!

Thuy is absolutely amazing, I started Kangatraining when my little one was just 8 weeks old and we have been doing 2 classes a week since then (he’s now almost 15 months) It a great workout and a safe place for all, I love that we can all laugh at ourselves, do what we need to do for our babies (like stop and change a nappy, feed ect…) but most of all have fun bonding with our little ones.
