Our host Luis went above and beyond for my little one. I wish I could’ve gave him a personal tip in cash, but next time I come I definitely will. He managed the front desk and pirate ship, which was was by far the best part of the experience. He talked to the kids with so much kindness and spirit and greeted everyone that came in the door with great hospitality. I can’t thank him enough for our first time experience. We like this place. My grandchildren had a great time. You do have to watch your children, though there was older boy playing by the ball section and hitting on the smaller kids.
I had such a great party at kangas for my daughter! Brook was my host and she was so nice and attentive! I definitely recommend having a party here!
