TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It won't be in business long. The MANAGER & workers were rude and distasteful. After paying the fee of having a baby bday party, several in our party asked if they wanted us to help clean the party room afterwards, as they seemed to be very much in a rush for us to leave the room. We were declined on the assistant to help, the worker decides to go to the manager to let him know there's confetti on the floor. We're like, no problem if you can get us a broom, well clean it. We had my sons 1st birthday there today and the manager was the person who took care of our party, to say he did a good job is a understatement, he did a terrific job, I mean he was the best host we ever had and I have two older sons. I am just amazed how he had so much patience and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure our sons first birthday was good.
*additional review Thank you for accommodating our son's birthday party! Our party host really helped with making sure all the kiddos & guests had enough to eat and drink. We met the new owner, Gotam, and he is so personable & friendly! Thank you again for the extra space! Will definitely be back! >>>>> We love this place! Toddler area is disgusting not clean at all and we were there first thing in the morning
