Thanks, a birthday surprise gift that we all enjoyed. Everyone on the same time stayed together and had a laugh. Very picturesque and an easy paddle. Considering the longer experience for another time.

Not a good experience today! Customer service was ok but the information about the trip and where we supposed to be picked up was poor and unclear. We had to wait more than 1 hour for the driver to come to pick us up and then wait for him to organise all the kayaks. The toilets at the office were absolutely disgusting, the kayaks very old and dirty. In general was a bad experience for all of us and very expensive, we had to pay full price for our 7 year old daughter. We paid over $400 for not to have even a good toilets for ... read more

Best kayaking experience in NSW! Just one piece of feedback - it was difficult to identify exactly which beach we were meant to be picked up from and our group spent a lot of time waiting around and even getting off the boat and walking around to look for the right spot. There should be a sign placed at the meet-up spot so at least we know we’re in the right place. We spent about 30min just looking for the right beach. Best Kayaking experience. The owner has allowed us even after booking time closed. Good service. A little expensive. The price could have been a little lower. Overall, its a good experience
