We had a great time with Kangaroo Valley kayaks, For my second time in fact. It was easy to book online and we had a superb experience on the water. Easy check-in, prompt pick up and a good safety briefing beforehand about the rapids, etc. Saw great water monitors and lizards basking along the route. Highly recommended.
For the amount of money paid, very poor service. We had to carry our own kayaks down to the river on rocky path. Very rushed instructions given.. no tips on technique etc. River was extremely low to the point where we had to get out 4 - 5 times and drag kayaks. Warning should be given prior to payment that the rover is very low so optimal experience will not be had. Host was 40 minutes late to pick us up. Very unfriendly.
Fantastic, serene experience. Beautiful valley full of birds and we were lucky enough to spot an echidna. I would do it again and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the outdoors or is seeking a little peace.
