We visited Kangaroo Valley from 5th to the 8th of March and stayed at Meadow Mist. The booking process via Kangaroo Valley Getaways was seamless, great communication and pre visit checkin. Easy access to the office for key collection and drop off and helpful staff. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, modern, very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Terrible experience – avoid this management company! This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had in nearly a decade of being a guest. The property is managed by Kangaroo Valley Getaways, and the management is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. The cleaner barged in before we had even vacated and wrote a defamatory, exaggerated report that unfairly painted my family as “feral.” Many of the issues listed were either pre-existing, caused by cheap/fragile fittings, or simply toddler-proofing. I have never used kangaroo Valley getaways before. I came down from Sydney very last minute and I was really impressed with how seamless and well organized the process was to arrive late to a lodging. Adam was so kind and patient, and generously spent a lot of time with me on the phone, as I was driving. Picking up the keys was very easy and the location of the Yurt I had chosen was idyllic.
